We are a law firm located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  Our practice focuses primarily on family law cases including matters involving divorce, custody and adoption in both South Carolina and North Carolina.

The Free Resources page contains a listing of the free resources that are available to you on our website.  We are always adding to the free resources which are available and as the number of resources increase they will include articles, video recordings, audio recordings and forms that you may find useful in your family law case.  Please feel free to read these articles, download them and pass them on to friends and family that may have similar questions or concerns.

How We Work

The How We Work page gives you an idea of our philosophy about the practice of law, how we work with our clients and what we emphasize in our relationship with and work for our clients.

Services

The Service page links to a series of pages that describe the specific type of cases we handle and the services we provide for our clients. Our services fall into two main categories:  those that are connected to divorce cases and custody cases and those that are connected to adoption or assisted reproductive technology cases.  These are the main types of cases that we handle.  If the type of case you have is not listed, it does not mean that we cannot help you or will not help you.  If you have a situation that does not fit one of the types described, please give us a call and talk to us about your case.  We may be able to help you but if we cannot, we can refer you to another lawyer who can.

About Us

The About Us page gives you some information about Mr. Collins, his background, his education and his experience as an attorney.  It also describes the licenses he has to practice law in different courts, ratings or approvals he has obtained from legal organizations and a listing of the classes he has taught for other lawyers in the area of family law.
